The fee for participation is an annual fee. We work with you to customize your app with your school’s on-campus resources, phone numbers, and email addresses. We also design the app for you using your colors and logos. We are available throughout the year to make updates and edits to your app, usually in 24 hours or less.  The fee also includes tech support, app hosting and maintenance, and bandwidth for the app, no matter how large your student body. Further, participating institutions will gain access to the NASPA – Just in Case network to share ideas, experience and best practices.

So, a medium-sized school can get 24/7/365 coverage of the campus started for $1,000. When schools renew their subscription, we offer an additional app for faculty and staff, included in the regular yearly subscription fee. A portion of the revenue for every Just in Case app goes to support NASPA initiatives.
